Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Once you place an order through our website, we will send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided. We hereby confirm that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your payment method so that you can purchase it.
I placed my order but didn't receive a confirmation email. Why?
If you recently placed your order and did not immediately receive a confirmation email from us, there are a few issues we can investigate:

In the event that your items are not available for immediate shipment, we will contact you by email or phone to offer you an alternative. If you choose not to use any of the alternatives we offer, we will remove the pre-authorization from your payment method.
